Ridetronic – Relaunch & Shopify migration for e-bike manufacturer

For Ridetronic, the entire e-commerce presence was migrated to the modern Shopify platform. This involved not only the technical change, but also the development of a well-thought-out, automated infrastructure. The project encompassed the full package: from planning a new visual identity and designing the new web shop to planning and creating content to planning and setting up the technical infrastructure, including communication, billing, domain hosting, and fulfillment.

E-commerce architecture

A holistic e-commerce infrastructure was developed that revamped the entire process, from product presentation to payment processing and customer support to fulfillment logistics. The focus was on scalability and automation in order to streamline internal processes.

Branding & Content Structure

Parallel to the migration of the system, the branding was modernized to reflect the innovative character of Ridetronic. The information structure was redesigned with a focus on product benefits, technology communication, and emotional appeal. The result is a web design that is clear, targeted, reliable, and high-quality.

Interactive Maps & Content Creation

Interactive maps with location data were programmed for the web shop to clearly display dealer, workshop, and service locations. This was supplemented by targeted content creation that clearly communicates product details, technical information, application notes, and important topics to customers.

Technical implementation & app integration

In addition, advice was provided on the selection of compatible Shopify apps and business software. Technically, Microsoft 365, a cloud-based billing platform, various Google services, and a newsletter tool were integrated to enable marketing and highly automated business processes. The backend and IT infrastructure were also implemented and administratively supported.

The relaunch not only created a modern, powerful online shop for Ridetronic, but also a future-proof e-commerce system that links all essential business processes. By switching to Shopify and intelligently integrating tools such as Microsoft 365, Google services, and automated billing systems, the entire workflow from sales to shipping was made significantly more efficient.

The new website ensures greater visibility, trust, and conversion with a clear information structure, high-quality content, and an emotional design. Interactive features such as location maps and targeted content offer customers real added value and make the shop a digital sales tool that grows with the company.
