At indre Ceramics, the focus was on a holistic relaunch: from system migration and visual design to the integration of smart e-commerce functions. The project is an example of how a Shopify store can function efficiently and create an emotional connection to the brand.
From Jimdo to Shopify: A new digital presence for indre Ceramics
Indre Ceramics stands for handmade ceramics with character. Each piece is unique, characterized by attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship. To reflect this philosophy online, the existing Jimdo store was replaced by a modern, high-performance Shopify solution. The aim was not only to renew the technical basis, but also to optimize the shopping experience for customers and to further develop the brand digitally.

System migration & data transfer
The first step was to carefully migrate the existing store system from Jimdo to Shopify. All relevant data, including customer accounts and historical orders, was transferred completely and error-free. This process ensured a seamless transition for existing customers and ensured business continuity.
Content structure & web design
In close cooperation with indre Ceramics, the content of the web store was restructured. The design was modernized to showcase the aesthetics and craftsmanship of the products to their best advantage. Individually programmed sections were used to enable a flexible and appealing presentation of the ceramic products.
Shopify administration & e-commerce infrastructure
The installation and configuration of the Shopify system involved adapting it to the specific needs of indre Ceramics. This included integrating DHL as a shipping service provider, implementing an automated returns process and setting up local pick-up options for customers in the area.
Marketing & customer loyalty
To increase visibility and reach, interfaces to Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook Business and Pinterest were set up. In addition, customer reviews were integrated to build trust and facilitate the purchase decision. Topic-specific landing pages were created for targeted promotion.
Product presentation & sales promotion
The products were configured as bundles to exploit cross-selling potential and increase the average order value. The clear structure and appealing presentation of the products make it easier for customers to navigate and boost the conversion rate.
Result & effect
The relaunch of the online store has given indre Ceramics a modern, scalable platform that both strengthens the brand identity and improves the shopping experience for customers.
